THE OFFICIAL: What are you wearing today? #1 *LOCKED*

I guess I'm the first to post this on the forum, so here goes:

Today I'm sitting at the computer wearing the following:

A 2 piece floral knit dress, light green with large pink flowers and pleated skirt, wine colored fake suede pumps, white Hanes Silk Reflections sandalfoot stockings. Underneath my dress I'm wearing a soft, lacy ivory full slip from National.

Holding up my stockings are the garters of a merry widow with detachable garters and straps (all currently attached). My panties are mint green Hanes satin.

My jewelry is my goldtone femme wristwatch, a red/clear bead elastic bracelet, a gold & silver neck chain, and heart shaped clip earrings that have alternating clear and amber colored stones.

My wig tonight is an ash blonde Estetica Sweet Touch, short and curly.

What are you girls wearing?

I hope this becomes a nice, long interesting thread.

What I am wearing today is a leotard in green http://www.snowleotards.com/catalog/closeup/258.html
If you go to the link it goes to the leo.

That happens to be one of my favorite places to get leotards as they are local and the quality rocks.

I'm not wearing anything special but I'd thought I'd contribute to this thread's length.

Well I just got home from work so what I am wearing is not meaningful... but I felt really obligated to say that your outfit Jadeanne sounds very technocolor-ish.... 8)

That would make an interesting picture....

I also hope this becomes a long thread..... we need to get threads that just keep going.... most seem to die off pretty quick... usually right after I post...

Its not you Shannon! :)

I have a few suggestions . . . why not start a few humorous "game" threads that EVERYBODY can easily partipicate in everytime they stop here for a visit -- its kind of a break-the-ice thing and doesn't have to be tg/cd related.

I know a few truly dumb games/threads than went on for hundreds of pages -- literally ten of thousands of posts. While nothing truly educational came out of it, I'm sure more than a few members became brave enough to become regular posters in other threads.

I'm not saying it'll work here, but with your say-so maybe we can give it a try. Anybody have a suggestion?

Sounds like a great idea Alexandra.... =D>

I must say I am not real sure what specifically you mean by "dumb games/threads"... but it sounds interesting...

Give me details, or go ahead and start one....

I really want to forum to be a place to learn and grow, but I also what a lot of mindless fun.... if you can't have fun while wearing a dress you need help....

if you can't have fun while wearing a dress you need help
Absolutely, Shannon!

I like dressing up, even though I don't go out. I generally just surf the internet when I'm dressed. The CD sites are more real to me and the shopping sites are more fun when I'm dressed.

I have a digital camera, but I'm not ready to take and post pictures yet. I only had the CD urge come back a bit over a year ago and I'm easing my way very slowly into makeup (my wife doesn't use any so it's library books, websites, Style Channel, etc.). If I got my courage up and a totally neutral background up I could try pictures from the neck down or wear a mask - would that kind be OK to post?

Don't mis-understand me Jadeanne....

I was just amazed by the number of colors in your outfit..... I would count it, but I lost the remedial math skill a long time ago.

I was not saying you need to take and post a picture... I can say one thing here... I will NEVER pressure somebody into something they don't want, on this forum or in my life

But, boy those colors.... vivid....

Okay,

Here goes... Right now I am wearing a black knit dress with metal rings at the shoulder tops. It is mid thigh length (not up the wha zoo as Sharon(SO) likes to say)... kinda of a draped neck line.... (not too slutty)...

Pantyhoes, violet panties and matching strapless bra.... And 5" Heels not 7" heels as somebody likes to imply....

Shannon,

I typed a long reply, commenting on your outfit anddescribing in great detail my outfit, but I lost it when apparantly my login timed out .

Is there a timed logout, and if so could you please tell me the length?

Thanks in advance. In the meantime, if I have something long, I'll compose it on a word processor .

Here is the cliff's notes version:

Your outfit sounds really nice, the matching color bra & panties (coordination counts, even if only you can see it). The 5 inch heels are fine for you, but this 52 year old is satisfied with 2 inch heels.

My oufit: Blair mauve abstarct shell top, Vicki Wayne medium gray knee length skirt, ivory full slip with lace trim (my wife wore these to church this morning), beige hanes stockings, black Kmart dress pumps with 2 inch heels, Pink bali bra & Hanes satin panties, white cupid waist cicher, white Cortland Foundations OBG, goldtone chain, goldtone dangly clip earrings, goldtone wristwatch, pewter/amber elstic bracelet, bleached blonde Marilyn Monroe wig.

Please comment or add the description of your current outfit.

With long posts, what I do before clicking on "submit" is to highlight then copy the text as "insurance" -- but its not fool proof. Perhaps Shannon can tinker with the settings a bit.

Hi there,

Yes, I'd vote for 2 hours. :)

Put me down in favor of 2 hours. That should do it, plus composing long posts in a word processor (I'll have to install something on this, my femme forum PC) should solve the problem.

I have additional questions about the spirit of the forum rules:

A) if I want to post a long description of my outfit, is it OK to describe where I bought certain items? I do not work in the clothing business and I'm not a representative or agent of anyplace I buy my clothing from. I just think some form members would like to know.

B) if the conditions in A) are permissible, would it additionally be OK to include links to the specific clothing items on the merchant's website as an easy illustration of the clothing item?

Inquiring minds would like to know :) .

here is what I'm wearing tonight:

Gold floral long polyester nightgown, got a year ago from Burlington Coat

(originally for my wife but she didn't quite like the fit - that's OK if fits me fine :) ).

Blue Vanity Fair satin panties, also from Burlington Coat.

Leopard print slippers from Walmart.

My toenails and fingernails are a matching shade of medium purple.

What are you girls wearing tonight?
