Casino

Post by JoAnnDallas »

If you live in North TX or Southern OK and want to go and have fun at a Casino, then Go to the CHOCTA Casino in Durrat, OK on Hwy 75. Very Trans friendly. Wife and I went there this morning. Walked right in, no one asked for ID or anything. In fact the slots were about 8 feet inside the door. LOL The only thing is if you want a Players card, you do need ID. I have a TX State ID that has JoAnn's picture but my male name and stuff. I gave it to the nice gentleman at the desk. He did raise and eyebrow but otherwise made me a Player's card, gave me instructions on how to use it, and said, "Have a nice Day here at the Casino. MAM".
There is another Casino off I-35 North, again just across the border into OK called the Winstar Casino. Again very Trans friendly.

Just remember that CASINOS were created to do 1 thing only, and is to relieve of your cash, which they can do, if are silly enough to be fooled into thinking that you can win [-X [-X
Keeping them cupped comfortably.

Tammy,
I can't speak to the casino's in your area, but can assure you that the Las Vegas casino's do not have any problem with you enfem nor is there any check at the door for either ID or gender check. LOL
Now dear if you look younger than 21 enfem, which no matter how hard I close my eyes and pretend but does not happen, then you may have to show that you are of age or just have the thrill of being carded and ask to leave because your to young!
Warm Regards,
Jamie

Choctaw Casino, not Chocta, in Durant, not Durrat. Peeps might have a hard time finding it if expecting that spelling, though if you are coming up HWY 75 you "can't miss it" as is often claimed. :) If you would like to pronounce it in the language, it's (T)chacta or (T)chakta, more or less, with a soft T according to most native speakers, though the Byington dictionary uses the former. Keyboard doesn't have all the right accent points for the lingo. There are also some smaller casino and bingo halls at Idabel and Broken Bow, both coincidentally places where lots of Texans like to come play around. :)

Keep bringing your money. The tribe puts it to good use, hosptials, clinics, schools, scholarships and Choctaw history and traditions and buying back formerly tribal land seized by the federal government as punishment for Choctaw participation on the side of the south during the War Between the States. Large contiguous blocks are often conjoined to form game refuges and recreation areas. The Chickasaw are doing the same, though with more malice aforethought. The tribes finally learned the vagaries of the US court system, and are using it to their advantage, Finally!

Oh, the Windstar is Chickasaw, as is the RiverWind just outside Norman. Of the two, RiverWind is the more fun with neat weekend shows and great food, more Vegas like of the two Chickasaw casinos. It also has a nice hotel and RV hookups. There are other, smaller places to play poker, slots, bingo, and pull tabs wherever there is tribal land and access from Texas. :)

Casinos in Atlantic City are trans friendly in the most part too. They are working hard at a new drw of players and have drag bingo, GLBT weekends, and I'm sure more to come.
Enjoy today, cause this ain't a dress rehersal!

I go to the casino quite frequently with no problem. In fact it was the first place I went dressed and the only place my wife has ever gone with me (just that once) It's a great place to go.
The only thing ever happened was that first time in the casino cafe a ( a sort of cafeteria eatery) while in line the stoggey old lady cashier looked devilishly as me when I fumbeled with my purse and dropped our fruit salad on the floor. I cleaned up quickly and we sat down at a table; a server came over and said that's all right sweety  here's another one but the old lady cashier was still glaring at me. Never had a incidendt happen since then - very user friendly and I have honed my purse fumbling skills lol. ; Debra
