I'm still in no need for the Facebook screw ups over privacy settings. I have my own web site to provide an in depth profile.

And so, not being a Facebook user, doesn't it have a way for searching for like minded people? It would seem counter-intuitive for a social networking site to not have a way to find like minded people.

Facebook simply has no security. I think this is not accidental, as some seem to believe they are just not diligent enough. In fact I believe it is deliberate and their sole purpose. Since they do not charge users a fee, they must make money by selling the users information. It's not about social networking at all, it's about collecting and selling user data. Therefore complaining about it and insisting they strengthen their security features is equivalent to telling them to stop making money, and they won't exist if they can't make money.
The only place anyone should have a reasonable expectation of privacy is where one pays for it. We are pretty lucky here that you maintain good security without charging us, and I for one appreciate that. It is not something to be taken for granted though.

You will find many many facebook profiles of CDer's. I have one. You can do a search for JoAnn Dallas to see mine.

I have one, at least I think it's still there???? I was bored one day so I invented myself for facebook.......what info is there is total baloney.
