A shopping trip...

Today was a great day. MB and I got up I showered, shaved my legs, dried my hair, (it was a good hair day, as it is getting longer and more fem by the week), and proceeded to get dressed. We were going to the “Big City”, big for around here. Any time I get a chance to get “Dressed up”, I take advantage of it. MB thinks I am a little crazy, because I wore satin and lace white panties, white thigh high stay up lace top stockings, an awesome satin pink and lace cami with sequins and lace on the bodice, (noticing a trend here...lots of lace), my girlie black jeans, a red sleeveless t-shirt, socks, high top white Etnies skate sneakers that I love, (not very girlie but whatever,)a black man tailored shirt open and out so as to see the red tee, and slightly visible cami underneath, 2 ear rings, make up, (eye shadow, mascara, pressed powder, blush, and lipstick and gloss). Then we went for an hour and a half ride to “the city”. When we got there, we went to the liquor store, as we live in a dry county, got what we needed, and then went to the mall. I was very aware of the way I was walking and took extra effort to present myself as a lady, even though I can’t pass, and was outwardly a dude in drab. We went to bath and body works and got some new fragrances, lotions, sprays and such, then MB sat in the mall and told me to go ahead as her hip was bothering her. So off I went in all my girlie glory. I stopped in to Payless and started to look at shoes, (in the women’s section of course, and found an awesome pair of sneakers in my size, black suede with hot pink laces and hot pink trim on the sneakers, which, BTW I didn’t know the size until I did a little experimenting. (I wear a size 12 mens, but found that a women’s 13 fits pretty good, and it’s a good thing, because it was the biggest they had.) I also tried on some flats and a pair of Mary Jane’s that fit and some 3" black pumps that surprisingly fit also, but didn’t get them as I hadn’t planed to by shoes and didn’t want to blow my budget. At least I know now what size I take, more or less. Then went to Claire’s and looked at some new ear rings. I was going to try to find 2 or 3 pair and wound up with 7. Chains, feathers, stars that dangle, and so on, and the good news is they were all on sale. I didn’t know until I got to the register and the SA told me. (YAY). Then I went to get MB from where she was resting her hip and she told me, “Hey Jane, do you realize that you have been shopping for an hour and a half???” No, I didnt was all I could say and said I was sorry but lost track of time, and she said it was OK, looked at all my stuff, liked it all, giggled at my new sneakers, but loved them anyway, and asked if I was going to wear them to church tomorrow. I said “Good idea. I think I will”, and when we got home threw some laundry in, and started picking out what I am going to wear, re-did my toe nail polish, (which nobody sees except the family here in the house). She giggled again and said that I am such a girl. (I took that as a high compliment, seeing as it now takes me longer to get ready to leave to go somewhere than her anyway. A girl’s got to do what she has to do, to look good and feel sexy too.) So, overall, an awesome day with my best “girlfriend”. Now I’m sitting in a sports bra and lace panties, getting ready to go to bed, so I will bid all of you a good night. I’ll check in again soon and let you know how things are going.
