This morning on the Today show, around 7:15 a.m. (Eastern Time), they were coming back from a commercial break and the camera was panning through the crowd assembled outside the studio at Rockefeller Plaza.

Katie Couric said "The crossdressers are out in force today" or something like that.

I actually didn't see it, as I was reading the paper. But my girlfriend saw it and said there were several CDs in the crowd.

I was thinking it would be fun for several of us to meet in NYC sometime and see the Today show en femme.

Were they there for a particular reason, or was it just for the heck of it?

I didn't see them personally, so I don't know whether they were holding up a sign for some event.

Hi Sharon,

I did see them and they were just in the crowd. The camera panned them very quickly and, other than Katie's comment, they were never seen again. I was disapponted. They seemed to look quite good but also seemed more like Drag Queens that just CD'ers.
