I was upon Cape Cod over the weekend.
The weather was very pleasant
The wife and I took a ride out to Provincetown at the end of the cape
As many of you know -- there is a large gay community out there
After doing some shopping in the hundreds of little shops in the downtown area
We went to a local restarant that had a deck on the harbor for a light lunch
When we walked in the bartender greeted us by saying
"Hello Ladies"
(I guess he took us as a lesbian couple)
Clearly the wife was not amused
While, I was wearing woman's jeans and some unisex "sneakers"
I wasn't trying to present as a female for the day
I guess between my longish hair, unsex glesses and my shaped eyebrows
I am getting a fem look even when I don't try
Big SMILE!!

Re: Hello Ladies
I, too, have been mistakenly called "maam" when in drab mode. No wonder I usually don"t get read. Gives me confidence, in a way. You too?
I AM my own hot girlfriend.

Yes, I love the idea of giving off those subtle signals
When I go out dressed I love it when I am addressed as Mam'
by someone who clearly only sees me as a woman
Everytime that happens it swells my confidence and makes me more sure that I am on the right path
Be mighty girly
