Invasion of the Pines :)

This fabulous event takes place on July 4th every year. It is a time to let you imaginationation run WILD - a fun-filled day of creative drag, and much more! It is such a blast!! Invasion of the Pines takes place on Fire Island. If you're going, hope to see you there!! If you've never been, I highly recommend it.

Deborah would love to be there if for no other reason than to meet Lorna face to face, but, alas, my SO has invited hordes of folks here and I will have to entertain and host and dread not being able to dress and go out.

If Prime Minister Howard offers me a ride in his private jet I will choose to go there , failing that maybe President Bush could pick me up
It looks like a lot of fun Lorna , I would love to go to a convention an meet you and others , particulary members of this forum but living on the other side of the world makes things difficult
