Shayla's baptism by fire in the hotel

Today Shayla was ready to step out of her hotel room and face the world. At first I was just going to walk the hallway for a minute. But lo and behold when I left the room, I was about to go back in when my key didn't work. Ahhhhh! For the first time staying n a hotel, Only one for my two keys were activated, and the active one was in the room!At this moment, I was terrified but at least I had my cell. Good thing I had been working on my female voice as well. So I called the concierge that I was locked out of my room. I could tell she wasn't sure who she as talking to, but when I verified my male name to her, she sent a house keeper to get me back in my room in 5 min. So the maid was the very first person to interact with Shayla! She was sweet and I just said thank you with a giggle. But that moment gave me so much more confidence to roam the hotel lobby! So I confidently got my purse, put on my girl shades, fond the Working key and strutted down the elevator on the way down. A man shared my elevator and didn't say anything, so I sat in the elevator lobby for a few min while pretending to be on my phone. The longer I sat, the more confident Shayla felt. I realized the the world for the first time therough shay las eyes.

I went back up to change into my more fancy jacket dress outfit. A janitor walked passed me and said excuse me even thought he wasn't that close to me! Another man who I stood in the elevator and held the door for me which was sweet. At that point, I knew Shayla was in. I even walked out around the main hotel lobby pretending to talk on the phone still. But I felt so powerful being Shayla in my power suit. Looking in the mirror, and trying different poses, I had to own the hotel. I knew Shayla was sexy and confident. If I had more time, I would've walked around the entire building. I even almost went outside! One thing that gave me confidence about my look was to use a big wig to cover my face more as well as big sunglasses to focus on my mouth which is the most feminine looking part of my face. Since I don't wear eye makeup, the big stylish sunglasses were a clever choice to complete my smart and sassy look!

Next time, don't bother faking phone calls; take more time to enjoy the moment instead of concentrating on how you look to others and what they think you are or are not doing. All people people watch and don't need a prop to simply sit and look around or walk and look around.

BTW, had it been me locked out, I wouldn't have had a phone and I would have walked down to the counter.
