How are you dealing with or handling this aspect of your life?

I agree with you Erin,it must be so much simpler to be just one gender than to be both as many of us are.I often wonder how many choose to transition trying to escape the difficulties of being both.As you stated this only turns the problem around.

This is where being alone comes in handy,I am free to express myself however I need, this is more and more becoming a mix of the two.As for statistics, they are not important to me.I wholly agree with Virginia that this is a continuum,as with labels, statistics are unreliable at best.

Erin, Years ago I was asked by a VA dr if I wanted to transition. I told her then "that I have problems now, but that would bring on a whole new set of problems that I wasn't sure I would know how to handle."

There are times I too wish I had been born a girl or felt that I could have transitioned, but those are very few and far between.

Most of the time I am glad to be who and what I am. By being what I am my daughter have been able to communicate their problems with me (although they didn't know till years later that I was cd) and so have the boys.

Enough of my ramblings for the moment

I dress primarily for sexual stimulation. Perhaps there are some underlying reasons, but if there are I don't think about them. This is simply for my enjoyment.
So am I different from most others here?
I would like to say that I do find everyone's thoughts and opinions here interesting and informative and I thoroughly enjoy being involved in this forum.
Are you in the minority Willie? Heavens yes! However that does not mean you are wrong nor right. It means like me and everyone else here you are an individual and unlike many of the phonies in the world (Please note I said in the world not here in this forum) you have come to terms with yourself and are at peace with what you are. I like all the other girls that have replied so far welcome you and anyone else and do not look at you as different but rather as a human being who is welcome and embraced for your courage!
