I am relieved about last night facing the board on a vote to fire me which was turned down. Two weeks ago,I came out as a crossdresser to student s and staff and was put on leave for no reason. The staff and students became supportive knowing this is my life style they respect.I work as a school consouler which I love.I had lots of support from the staff, students and their parents including my wife Kelly Ann saying I am still a good person.I am glad I have my job back and go back on Monday.I did thank everyone for supporting me through this including my wife.Plsu I had my lawyer on hand for legal advice for free.

I am glad it worked out well for you and hope it keeps going that way. There are a few good lawyers out there.
Do you plan on dressing more feminine at work?

I'm glad to hear you haven't been fired!
Inquiring minds want to know, why did you tell them you were a crossdresser?

We are all happy for you and hope you will let us know how things turn out for you over the next couple of weeks. Do you think that congress passing the protection of GLBT legislation helped? I think it will make a lot of our detractors think twice before they seek to do us harm!

My lawyer Syephanie and I say that is one reason why, congress passing the legislation of protection of GLBT.I am glad it is over and I sleep better at night.I am glad one girl,Nicole spoke out during this and she comes to me for advice a lot.She said this:
Why fire him for being a Crossdresser?I do not think so and this would be wrong.I am glad he is in my life,I can come to talk to him for advice and consider him a friend that listens.Firing him because of his lifestyle is not an answer and I respest his lifestyle with support. Please do not fire him and I would be heart broken if this happens
It worked and I gave her a hug saying thanks for being brave to speak out supporting me.

Don't confuse the law that congress passed.
The one passed was for hate crimes, the one for employment non-discrimination (ENDA) has not been passed yet.
