Growing real breasts

I have been reading about a herb called Pueraria Mirifica that will add 1 to 3 cup size to woman or man
It may take a little longer for a man.
Has any one tried this and how well has it worked for you?
Thank you
Ramona

Well I haven't tried that one, but I've tried other things that make the same claims.
My assessment is that they sort of work, a little bit. The biggest argument I have against all of these, is that it's impossible to figure out how much (if any) of the active ingredient is in the stuff. If they put one tiny speck in and then charge $20 for it, it's not worth the money. There has been an investigation into whether some supplements even have any of the claimed ingredients:

But there are plenty of herbs that are claimed to promote breast growth. The whole problem seems to be finding a trustworthy source, where you actually get an effective amount of the active ingredient at a decent price.

I've often thought I'd like to go on a low dose estrogen regimen - you know to soften skin, slow hair growth, etc. A natural supplement might be just the thing but I'm just too chicken to try this without the guidance and counsel of a medical professional.

Herbal supplements are not regulated like drugs. Potency or side effects need not be listed, or actual results. So, buyer beware.
If some cream or lotion rubbed on or a pill taken would increase breast size, every small breasted woman would know all about it. And many men would be rubbing it somewhere else.
Taking hormones like estrogen is dangerous without professional supervision. Besides, that will affect other areas that a wife or girlfriend would not appreciate.
Save your money, Ramona, and buy decent breast forms.

Yes, with good breast forms you know exactly what the results will be, no guessing and hoping.
But while we're on this subject, there is one procedure I'm really curious about. Apparently it's possible to take fat from other places in one's body and inject it into the breasts. Well I've said for a while that I wished I could relocate my beer belly to my breasts

and I guess it is possible.
I think I'd rather do this than get implants, if I were going to do something permanent. So far though I'm too chicken to take such a big step.

Hormones in any form, herbal or otherwise are nothing to mess around with. Consult a doctor so they can make sure you are not messing up your body in other ways.

Hi,
Fatty tissue yes can be replaced in other areas of ones body does it stay there sorry no only for a short time ,
synthic meds or your other types herbal , are all well and good === not ===why because they have not been proven to help or are safe plus my contact with some med surplyers and get this wont have them tested wont do their own study on them and cant say they are safe they back away so fast and they don't wont you to know if they are or not . they will sell anything so do your own homework and youll know the answer ,
For some and that's most meds synthic that have been tested can help for some people just not every one and theres differences between men and women in how you react to them or they react on you and if you don't know what your doing mixing meds and taking more than would be normaly taken can and will cause health issues you may or not have .
If you need or I should say === wont === then see an Endo have your blood tested and find out if your body organs are working as normal theres 17 tests that should be done like heart T, E, liver red and white blood cells and so on and even then there are more details that need to be looked at ,
How long can one be on those meds and what to expect or not depending on the person .
How long will they last or shelf life working in ones body depends on a lot of factors some for years some 6 months and effects over time and changing them because of body issues that will happen no easy answer on this one as we don't have enough info over say 60 years of taking them I have my idears on that and that depends on age started , any way ,
to Grow ones breasts for a male using meds designed for women can work quite well just remember your a male and how a female s body is for breasts is to feed a child a male body does not so whats the difference the female has the glands and body tissue to perform this function and a lot more beside , a normal male does not have those glands and fatty tissue in the same way a woman has , so to try and grow breasts like a woman you need the detail to do it so you cant make breasts from nothing and really that's it ,
unless your so fat and your body tissue is such you still wont have breasts like a woman .
With some meds you may grow breasts to a size A, b or maybe a ,C just don't count on that happening plus if your body is run on T then don't bother unless your T is similer to a womans nmol blood test for that to find out what your T levels are ,more like nmol 34 or less depending on age and other meds or drugs one has taken over the years or other helth issues, ,
So if you still wont to go this road see your GP, DR and Endo and have a talk about it .
And last ,is surgerys though not recommended and that's more involved
This is just an outline and theres a lot more besides oh and every one is different so be carefull
oh almost forgot . you said fatty tissue pumped into the breasts , for a male wont work your skin tissue wont stretch like a female its more tighter none elastic to the same degree and to be pumped under the muscle how long did you say you need off working he he .....oh dear,e me you wont wont to know and then ....pain.....ya ya ....

Excellent advice from Eileen. Taking any supplement, OTC or prescription, without being under the care of a doctor is at best a risky venture and the risks go up from there. Even taking estrogen may not lead to breast growth in males due to many reasons. Your best bet as Eileen says is a good pair of breast forms. As many women breasts are not all they are cracked up to be.

Yes Eileen we would know about it but there are some of us who are not large breasted happy with our bodies.

Correct. Playing with hormones without a Physician is dangerous. You need to be aware of the risks, know what to expect, as well as what possible health effects to be aware of to share with your provider. I might ask about lazer therapy to get rid of the hair on my face which would probably not be covered at all but I can ask. About the only thing I would do would be to have my ears pierced but once you start to play with hormones you need to discuss it with a professional.

I didn't want to imply that every small breasted woman would want this supplement. They would, however, be aware of the product though.
The desire to have 'real breasts' is understandable, only if you intend to live full time as a woman.
As I stated before, there are side effects you may not appreciate.

Just my 2 cents worth here on hormones. When I came out to my wife she, as you might know, was very supportive but had one huge reservation. She asked me if I was going on HRT for transition. I could see the fear in her eyes as she asked. I told her no for the same reason she was thinking. Her mother went on HRT for the menopause and it gave her breast cancer leading to the removal of both breasts and later on showed up in her liver. A friend was on HRT and it caused DVT which sent a clot to her heart, she survived but my wife now has a fear of hormones. I'm sure their are thousands of people on HRT who never suffer any side effects.....with my luck I'm not so sure.

I agree as you are pointing out hormones are nothing to take lightly you could wind up permanently affected post CVA or yeah CA.... It should be carefully considered under the care optimally of an endocrinologist.

Exactly my thoughts Eileen!
I would encourage anybody who is thinking about any way or form of enhancing the size of their breast while still living most of their time as males to consider this...
Find yourself a nicely fitting bra with the cup size you want to grow to and get the right size forms to fill it. And wear it every single day for, say, one full month. No, no cheating. No taking it of (other than for washing it!) because you are going to attend a company party or visiting family for Christmas, or attending church or going to a kids play at school, or to wash your car, or because it is hot outside or because you have a job interview.
If you are not able to keep wearing your fake breast for 30 days, what makes you think that you would be able to handle having real breast from now until you die?
If you are happy after the 30 days, and you have been able to deal with the consequences of being seen as a "guy with breasts", well, then you would be alright!

Thank you Gaby for a very well thought out, thought provoking post.
As you said if you can tolerate being seen as a guy with breasts then so be it and good luck to you I say. From my personal standpoint I've been wearing bra and forms since coming out. My wife is super supportive and doesn't mind a bit I do remove them before bed as I haven't got round to buying a pair of forms to sleep in, I keep meaning to but "things" get in the way and I forget. I've thought about wearing my day forms in bed but don't want to risk popping one and having goo leak out.
The only time I'm not wearing then is when we go out and I'm dressed in drab or when we're having friends over for dinner. I think trying to hide C cup breasts under a guys dress shirt would be difficult and raise too many inconvenient questions.
I've got so used to having albeit fake breasts half the time I forget I'm wearing them the feeling of the bra band and shoulder straps no longer bother me. A few weeks ago I was going to do some gardening in the front and just didn't think about them until my wife mentioned them. There's a school at the end of the lane and mums were picking up their children from school so I would have definitely raised a few eyebrows and got second looks.
