Calina,
GOOD printed documentation in any form is always a primary way to impart information to others. Since the subject of crossdressing is a very delicate matter it would be important to place the emphasis in such a document on the fact that crossdressers are NOT the sex-crazed oddities of nature that many believe they are. I would think that the first priority in that respect would be to point out that it (crossdressing) cuts across all social, religious, and political boundaries. Not only that, it is practiced by young and old alike and by the rich as well as the poor. Understanding that they probably are good friends with several CDs without being aware of it can open a lot of eyes for the uninformed. There’s a page on my web site called “Who Are We?” that points this out and for exactly the reasons you are talking about.
It’s important to realize that this information isn’t as readily available to those who don’t have internet capabilities so any printed documentation may be all they will see. However, for those who DO surf the web, a carefully prepared list of links to quality web sites can go a long way in helping the uninformed to learn that we’re just as normal and likeable as their next door neighbor. The fact that these next door neighbors have a one in ten chance of being a crossdresser is also an eye opener too.

Ok, I ain't your ordinary dummy!!?? The site is about Jung's Anima Theory, with difference to my sister Marda who I agree with that it is somewhat incomplete, but we can fill in the blanks, it is a great beginning for those on this "Magical Mystery Tour!"
