Welcome here. Apologies for just now reading your interesting story and question (I think, to me, Gina).

I had a similar experience about seven years ago. My family was out of town and I found the courage to get my first local professional makeover. Wow, what an experience to see a new and very pretty Gina in the mirror. I had pictures, and came out to my wife. She already knew I had a hosiery fetish, etc, but the pictures rocked her world.

For about six months to a year she was neutral to slightly supportive and I did several more make overs and public outings in Portland, OR. We had two daughters at home during this period and we agreed not to tell them.

At present she is negative to hostile to Gina and does not want to see any evidence. She is a very controlling type with sometimes confrontational anger style that I distain. So, after a big bloom, Gina basically is mainly dormant. Houston has zero venue for CDers other than a dismal TriEss group and possibly another group that I have not found the time/courage/energy to engage.

So, enjoy but know the ride can be a roller coaster. Wives really struggle with the feminine energies and the surprise and the hiding takes a pound of flesh out of the relationship. The older I get the more I want to dress, and it is a stress response also.
