Gaming, huh?

A kind of follow up on the upgrade quest. If you think about it if it where not for the computer gaming industry computers would probably (maybe) still have green screens and we would be running programs such as dos. That is my contention that the gaming industry as actually helped bring computers to look and act better even though they are truthfull not really needed if all your doing is using a wp progam or spreed sheet.

I agree with you that games are one of the main driving forces for computer upgrades.

Just last week I installed upgrade video and sound cards in someone's PC and they gave the old, working "obsolete" GForce video and Soundblaster Live cards - plenty fast enough for me.

Well I have my copy got it at the midnignt now all I have to do is wait tell my X-box is fixed then I shall be playing.
