I just wanted to send out a warm welcome to all our new members.
I've been remiss in my duties in this area of the forum. Those that have known me for a spell also know that I tend to hibernate for a bit at this time of year. So, inevitably, I miss out on some of the, er, newbie action. 
Sorry.It's great to see so many SOs join us, too. You'll be pampered here, I promise.
I hope all of you find the forum pleasant as well as entertaining, informative and supportive. It's a great bunch of folks (of all sexes and genders) you've found by coming here. It's awesome that you chose to join our own little "Great Conversation" and I very much look forward to your participation in the different areas of the forum.
