Estate Sale Bliss

Today I went to an estate sale and found an incredible selection of vintage slips and nighties from Vanity Fair, Van Raalte and Shadowline all in size 42 and 44! Score for me. I bought about 10 pieces plus a vintage corset with six garters all for $30 bucks! I also scored a vintage skirt suit in size 22 for $5. I am thinking about going back tomorrow to buy the rest of the lingerie. These are the most beautiful slips I have ever seen...very silky and lace everywhere! They just don't make lingerie like this today...what a shame...give me Nylon Tricot or give me death!

I've had lots of luck buying new nylons and skirts at estate sales, women's clothing are the first items I look at. Great prices on nylons, GGs go right by them. Country Clubs and gated communities tend to have higher end items. Not much luck with size 11 shoes though. Have my fingers crossed.
