Another Quick Hello

Post by Rikki »

Hi Everybody!

Hope you're all enjoying this wonderful winter this year. Snow, snow and more snow it seems.

It seems like forever since I've really been able to be en femme to the max. I miss that feeling and comfort found in be frilled and poufed-up in the whole get up. Maybe soon, for a few hours.

Somethings the thought of purging my whole wardrobe occurs to me. Getting every trace of Rikki out of the house before that eventful day when I don't wake up and the family discovers that their macho-man had an alter ego. But then that faint hope that I will again have a day or so to prance about in heels, hose, a dress and pearls will again return.

Anyway, enough of that. Please let me know that you're all OK and hanging on in this age of discrimination against anyone who "ain't normal." Miss you all.

DON'T purge! Once you have moved on, you're being you will just be something people will talk about regardless. People will find something about anyone to complain about and to love.

In the meantime, glad to hear you're alive. In response to your request... This old fart is plodding long. Just got done with Geothermal system and water heater issues. Not sure one of the new thermostats is okay though; will need to give it a few days. I only have three more surgeries planned for this year. My cataracts has gotten bad enough I need them fixed and my right shoulder surgery managed to pinch a nerve. Well maybe it's the shoulder but then again, it could be my neck. Ro is doing okay, she hasn't gotten herself as beat up as I am. Life at this end of town is okay.

I had cataract surgery in December. I got the fancy expensive lenses. I can see fine about 90 % of the time but still need glasses to read sometimes. At night, I see halos around bright lights. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome but I would probably opt for a more basic lens.

Davita,
Had my cataracts taken care of a while ago. What a change it made in my vision.

Don't worry, I won't junk the petticoat collection just yet. In fact tonight I am enjoying an evening fully femmed up. Wifey is out of town toddler sitting the grandkids overnight. So I'm fully floufed up and ready to twirl my heart out.
