Target Stores catering to CD's?

I was in a Target Department Store last night and saw an interesting sign. It said "Menswear:" and had a picture below it. The picture was of a sling-back pump, definately NOT menswear. The sign was above a display of women's socks!

I love target I have bought quit a lot of things there both Fem and not. I am happy that they just opened a new Target in my town. No more driving 30 to 45 mins to shop at Target.
