Lydia

Thanks for sharing your little observation. Not uncommon among many of our sisters here.

BTW, French maid costume and sensible shoes will work just fine......unless of course you are the one who wouldn't be seen dead in less than 3" heels.

Best wishes to your Paula for a speedy recovery.

A better person when CD'd?

Post by Kendra Lynn »

Hello all: Well, the easy thing to say is that I cut back on "cursing" when I'm "dressed." Perhaps that's because I don't want to be noticed doing that-- or-- it just doesn't feel right. I also try to come across not as curmudgeonly as I usually am.
I have asked people who've seen me both ways, and wish I could remember all of the answers.
One person did say I seemed "happier" when "dressed."
"Hippie Cheerleader" has become a minor icon in the Washington, D.C. area, so I do make a conscious effort to be pleasant when in that role.
The only other thing I can think of to say is that "dressing" does relax me, and it is like a "natural high."
Better as a CDer? Could be...
There are people who've known me a long time and seen both "boy" and "girl" sides. Another question I've asked is do they think I've changed over all since I began "dressing." Unfortunately, I can't remember the answers to that. Oh, well...
Hope this posting wasn't too garbled...
Peace-- Kendra Lynn ("hippie cheerleader").

Funny thing about me is that I feel alot of the things my wife tells me about. I seem to understand better from her view point.

I have found that after a dressing session I am much more relaxed with life in general.

It is almost like a feeling of fulfillment and that things that would normally wind me up can now be tolerated.

I have told my wife abot this and she agrees that I am a nicer person after Dottie has been out.
Lots of Hugs
