When there's a lot going on in your life it's doubtless tricky to find time. Doubly so if you have children to schedule around! Like anything else, it's a matter of priorities and a reasonable subject for discussion and compromise. I haven't been fully dressed for a while now because things have been so hectic - but my wife understands that it's important to me and looks for opportunities to let me express myself in one form or another. When packing for the vacation we're currently on she made a point of helping me pick out some fun, feminine clothing even though I'm only presenting in mixed-mode here (yes, I'm reading the forum on vacation - taking a break from the late afternoon heat before getting ready for dinner.)

If you can't talk to your partner about it then there's no easy answer. As far as I can tell that's a critical first step toward making time for dressing the way you feel is important to you.

Leeza has more time to her self then I do. Not all of us are as fortunate as some. It's tough I know. We take what we can and enjoy the moment.
