Hi, Flo. Welcome to the forum. My wife, Nancy W, and I have been together for more than 30 years. We still seem to like each other. I am not crazy. I am steadily employed in a responsible position. I vote in every election, even uncontested school committee elections. I have a good relationship with my in laws, my "outlaws" and my son. For a "weird Pansy" who wears dresses, I'm really pretty normal.

My point is, Don't be too hard on him, because he hasn't told you sooner. An odd secret is a pretty hard thing for a guy who'd like to think of himself as normal to carry around.

Welcome Flo, Hope you find the answers you are looking for. My (SO) had questions at first also, but as she has said , she loves me and wants happiness and this gives us that feeling. She realized fighting an unkown was hard on the family , so she has embraced it and we both enjoy our days. Hope to hear more from you and your thoughts. This forum has added to our pleasures of being and doing toghether.
