UK ladies: Way Out club

Vicki Lee made an emotional announcement that they're being forced to move (reason not given) on from the current location, Charlies' Bar in Crosswall - they've only been given three weeks' notice, so there will only be another two Saturday nights at the location they've been in for the last fourteen years.

However, they already have two other venues lined up nearby.

Thanks for that, Donna. The Way Out club has been probably the top CD club in the UK for a while. I've never been, but it's been on TV a lot. There's definitely a lot of sadness in what Vicky writes. I can't help but feel there's an end of an era thing going on here and that accounts for the poignant tone.
