I joke I can remember the days I could barely wait to get home and into a bra and a pair of tights now there are days I can barely wait to get home and out of them.

A couple weeks ago I was watching tv and Iwas moved to tears by the photos of doctors and nurses with deep marks on their faces left by the face masks they wear while treating patients and I think it is a great time to re-evaluate who we call “heroes” and who we admire... A pro-sport player making millions and living a pampered life? A movie star, a singer? It will be really important to take this opportunity to teach younger generations who the real heroes are...

Today is the day my dear daughter would be graduating from college, with honors. It should be a day of celebrations and fanfare, which she would be sharing not only with, but her friends, teachers, etc.

I’m doing my best to cheer her up, but I can also understand her wanting to be alone in her room, at least for a while...

I’m so proud of her!! She is an awesome woman! She has joined a national association and will be teaching kids in low income areas. I’m sure she will make a difference!

She may never read this... I don’t care! I love you!! Always will!
