Hi all,

Beauty,

That's a nice sounding top and skirt. I'm fortunate enough to have only a small amount of fine hair on my legs legs, but I have varicose veins.

Your new avatar is beautiful.

Kristen,

That's a cute outfit. What model and shade Paula Young wig did you get? 2 of my 5 wigs (4 blonde) are from Paula Young and I'm pleased with them.

Your breast forms are interesting - different construction and cheap. I'll stay with my uncooked rice in knee highs. At the beginning of my CDing I promised my wife I wouldn't use water balloons or other liquid filled fake boobs and in return I get the run of her wardrobe with just a very few exceptions (things she wore on our wedding day almost 27 years ago).

Cheap is good in my book. So far, my most expensive purshase was about $55 for my corset.

Good luck finding a waist cincher.

This afternoon, I woke up from a nap with an aching back. My solution was tylenol and put on my white Cortland Foundations front lacing corset that's very plain looking but a real support garment. After a little while my back was feeling better and I completed dressing up. My theme is animal print and silver.

I'm wearing a short sleeve Blair animal print shell, a below the knee lined Selena animal print tiered skirt with a small ruffle on the left hem. My National RHT support stockings are mist color (my corset has 6 garters), shoes are leopard print pumps. My jewelry is all silvertone - clip earrings with dangling leopard heads, 5 chains of staggered lengths with the longest having a diamond chip pendant, silvertone/turquoise watch, 4 silvertone bracelets, and my short curly ash blonde wig.

Underneath, I'm not wearing any slip - the skirt is lined. My bra is my new white National posture longine (more appropriate with the white corset than borrowing my wife's animal print leisure bra) and my panties are lacy light blue Vanity Fair nylon - I didn't decide on animal print until after the corset was on and I wasn't going to take it off to switch to my nylon animal print panties.

What are you wearing?

Jadene, I have two questions for, what is a "shell" and where can I purchase a National posture bra?
Your animal prints sound so fun.
I have 4 wigs from Paula Young ; Brilliance red 33/28 $10, applause blonde 13/27t $10, alexandia red human hair #30b $69 , Beautiful gray#60 $10. I have just ordered 4 more , brilliance #33/28 red with blonde streaks $10, rose platnium 100 $10, Astoria platnium blonde
100 $ 10, and dominique 14/26a blonde $34. I am very happy to say that onlyone wig doesn't fit my face, I had to give bangs to one of them to make it fit me. But I was careful to match my features with the model as close as I could.
Your outfits always intrest me keep them coming. .................Kristen

Kristen,

A shell is a sleeveless top, usually meant to be worn under a jacket with pants or a skirt.

Hi all,

I haven't had a chance to visit the forum since Sunday. I'm a baseball fan and watched the home run derby on Monday night and the all-star game last night (Roger the Rocket Clemens pitched more like Bombo the Bottle Rocket).

We went out after work tonight and I didn't get dressed up.

Kristen,

Here is the link for the longline posture bra I mentioned in my post:

http://www.shopnational.com/product.cfm ... /sgid/6345

I have bought a number of things from National http://www.shopnational.com and been pleased with the items and service.

The shell I mentioned in my post is a short sleeved, not sleevless pull-on top. I bought it and several other colors from Blair and they called it a shell in their catalog and on their website.

Your wigs sound great! my 2 Paula Youngs are a Sapphire blonde 14/88A and a Brussels blonde 24/613b. My others are a bleached blonde Marilyn Monroe wavy costume wig from a theatrical/costume store, an ash blonde short curly Estetica Sweet Touch wig from Blair. Each one was $29 or 30. A couple of Halloweens ago I spent $2 on a black witch wig which I used to portray a male hippie, then put into a pony tail and wear ocaisionally, but most of the time when I dress, I live my dream of long ago of looking in my mirror and seeing a blonde girl looking back.

Jaye,

The weather is warmer in North Carolina, so I can understand your definition of a shell as being sleeveless. It' gets colder here in Buffalo, NY so those short sleeves are appreciated here. My term for a sleeveless top would be a camisole or tank top. It's probably just a regional or personal variation.

Hmmm, just lazing about on a sleepy Saturday afternoon. Last day of our holiday, not been away but catching up on household chores and DIY. My wife is out on a hen party tonight, I'll probably just stay in with a bottle of wine, tv, a good book and hopefully one or more cats sitting on my lap.

Wondering what to wear tonight, and waiting for my turn in the shower, I'm wearing a cream pyjama top, pink semi-see-through bra, black fishnet suspender-tights and sandals.

I know the black fishnets don't go with my pyjama top, just like they didn't go with yesterday's outfit (pink and brown floral calf length skirt with pink sparkly t-shirt). But this is the first time I've worn them and I like them!

Catch ya later girls!

Hugs,

Mandy
