Those are great Love but here is my preference.

Revlon Lash Fantasy Primer & Mascara, Two Step Lash Magnifier

Since most mens lashes aren't as long as womens the primer offered with this extends the lash prior to applying the mascara.

I think it's important to note that mascara does have a shelf life. It will usually start clumping up after about 3 months, even less if stored somehwre with high heat or humidity.

Hugs,
Stef

Hi Stef,

I guess you have never seen my husband's long gorgeous lashes then, his lashes are much longer than mine are #-o

Stef, very good point (and thanks for mentioning) =D>

Don't Keep Makeup Too Long
Paula Begoun, a cosmetic industry expert, said products used around the eye area have the shortest longevity. Mascara should be thrown out within three months of opening it. Also, you should never pump it or mix it with water since both things increase bacteria, according to Begoun.

It won't allow me post the to link to that direct page.

But, I did get their home page to post, you can now click on the link (in the original post) and then just click on "Get The Look" on the top left side of page. :)

My favorite mascara, is Revlon`s color stay lash tint in jet black. it`s very liquidy, and goes on very smooth, but does`nt clump....and......it`s water proof. :)

Hugzzzz,

http://www.maybelline.com/makeupstudio/index.htm

Hi there,

Here's the link again. The problem originally was the period after index.htm

With that out of the way. :)

How much does this stuff cost since I should be getting rid of it every 3 mos. :)

I guess we all have favorites. I like L'Oreal's " Volumnous." I bought some Aveeno "Positively Smooth Moisturizing Lotion" w/ Natural soy.
"Helps you shave less often." I have been using it for about a week and it does seem to slightly retard hair growth. Overall I like it and would recommend it.

Sharon, Was it L'Oreal that you dumped?? I have been using it for a while and never had any problem removing it, I use Almay Moisturizing Gentle Gel Eye Make-up Remover. Works great.

Oh my new fav is Revlon Lash Fantasy too. I have always had wimpy lashes and have tried everything from the cheaper drug store brands to outrageous expensive department store brands. Loreal has been my current fav.
I saw the Revlon at Walmart in a 2 pack for less than $7, the 2 step application made sense so I figured what the heck I will try it. I'll never go back to another brand. With 2 steps my lashes are long and full, my daughter asked me yesterday if I was wearing false lashes! It also removes easy with my regular facial cleanser.

I too do not use waterproof mascara, it is just too hard on your lashes and you will be pulling them out.

Hi Everyone,
Not to brag, but one thing I always had was beautiful lashes. Honestly
even in grade school girls told me quite often, they wished they had my
eyelashes. They bleach out on the ends which may be normal, but
putting on a light coat of Maybelline Lash Discovery with the mini-brush
I go to work, shopping and what ever. People now look at my eyes when
talking and it is so nice. When I was so negative and hated myself so
much, I couldn't talk to people and look in their eyes. I'm like the
commercial, does he or doesn't he when I'm not in dress.

I use the washable and have learned to dab tears or carefully wipe the
corners to avoid smudging. I used to just love Twiggy's eyes.

I tried Maybelline Sky High Curves and only use it at home. With the
added volume and curve I look a little call girlish. Most everyone has
talked about volume. Are there other nice mascara's that don't add
much volume but define and darken?

Hiya,

I've just purchased and used today this new mascarra called

Le Grand Curl, Lift and Curl by Loreal. Wowww, it really does curl your lashes, I love it. The one I brought was brown so I put that on and then once it had dried I put a 2nd layer on of my normal black mascara and the curls stayed but they look longer then normal :)

I will be using this from now on, but next time I'll get the black one :)

I recently got that Loreal Panoramic Curl Mascara and it's wonderful. I don't know how it works but it really does! So I would reccomend that now, intense black I got :)

A note to add to Stef's & Love's mention of Shelf life. I had no idea that this was an issue. I purchased some M.A.C. Mascara thinking that I was getting a good quality product, Lord knows they charge enough. Anyhow, this product was bad before I even opened it, clumpy and dried out. I'm not quite sure were I was going with this so I guess I will end my Rant. lol.

BTW is it just me or does everyone stab themselfs in the eye when putting on Mascara? LOL I'm probably still just a Newbie at it. Must be the reason, because my sister can do it doing 80MPH in commuter trafic.
