I REALLY wish that my friend did not call me on a DAILY basis. I don't even talk to my mother that often!! The only person I would speak to on a DAILY basis would be a serious commited girlfriend. No one else. :?

I speak to my best friend once a week, if that often. That is PLENTY. Both of us have lives.

Every time he calls, he just wants to chitchat for an hour about nothing. He's running up my minutes and killing my battery. This is why I think caller ID was the biggest boon to contemporary mankind. I have the option of NOT picking up the phone when I don't feel like talking to you.

Thank goodness for CALLER ID!!! =D>

Hey I could use that in my next comedy act... or is something like that too Seinfeld-esque? :-k

this has been on my mind all day:

well lets see . . . first that Al French guy in that swift boat ad said John Kerry was lying about VN. Then it was revealed that Al French didn't exactly see anything in VN, but rather relied on HEARSAY from his friends. Then we found out he was a LAWYER, someone who knows the rules of evidence better than most anyone else. LOL!!!! But wait, there's more, people started picketing the DA's office where he works -- yup, he's a deputy DA! Other lawyers filed a half a dozen claims against him at the state bar association for misconduct and deception and other election law violations.

And today, I find out he's been SUSPENDED from his job! Nope, not for the Kerry thing, but for LYING to his boss about an affair 10 years ago.


should I feel sorry for the guy? nope.
