For those of you not familiar with the Powerpuff Girls, it's a cartoon about these three little girls with superpowers who battle various villains and monsters in order to save their beloved city of "Townsville". It's such a cute cartoon!

Anyway, I was just futzing around with certain special effects in Photoshop and well...
