I just saw the weather forecast for Thanksgiving Day - - highs in the upper 70's - - that means I'm wearing shorts and a cami top while I'm grilling the steaks and drinking Amber Bock!

I've already invited you to come down for T-day dinner, you just have to provide your own steaks, burgers, or whatever!

It's your choice to stay up there in NY and freeze your buns off, not mine. Why do you think dh & I moved down here from the Metro Detroit area 8 years ago?

Oh, yeah, that's right - - we moved here because we just 'hate' the warmer weather! {...and pigs have wings, and so do buffaloes...} !

Snowed here last night. Just a light dusting, but an early snow nevertheless.

You're right, Donna, and we even name those 'sea breezes' - - Charley, Frances, Jeanne & Ivan (2004), and let's not ever forget Katrina, Rita, or Wilma (2005)!!

We're living in an area where we usually don't get hurricanes - although no one in Florida is 'safe' from them, by any means!

I'd still rather have the sea breezes, Donna, than the cold and snow! Brrrr, brrrrr!

Need to get new nylons in the morning.
There is a sale t the local drug store for Legg's Price point is 1.49. Will be able to get a large supply.
Also, wish that I was in the area that Silverlady is... Nice warm, with the cool breezes of the ocean. The snow here is already getting old and it only snowed once.

Criminy! I have to go to my mother's this weekend to put up Christmas lights! And I remember that last year I threw out her old ones!

Hey, I had to... the things were just way too old, plus it was one of those lights whereas if one goes out they all go out...

Besides, nobody uses those anymore! It's 2005! I think I will buy Mom a new set of Holiday lights this week.

Just looked out and saw ice hanging from the vent shades on my wifes Tahoe. Ughh! I hate ice!
