Thigh-highs and garterbelt are sexy, but for me pantihose feel wonderful and provide needed support and shape around the waist. Plus they provide me with needed exercise just getting in them. :)

OK, my fave:

Full skirts or tight?

Cj, when is Rina coming home!? You and I have the same winter look and I did not know it was anything but winter in Montreal.

Also I did not know you were old enough to know about the Blob? I am afraid to ask what the heck a "Stuff" is? The mind boggles?!
So I would have to go with "The Blob!"

Gamera or Godzilla

Hint: Anything that can fly by having fire come out its backside and also breathes fire is a bit far fetched!
Love,
Virginia

PS: I know, but its late and this gal is tired and I need my beauty sleep. That SL is such a party girl, keeping me up until 4:00am - I may not recover for a few days!

PS from SL to V: Come here, honey - it's time for that beauty sleep!!

Hi all,

Virginia,

Rina's back next Sunday; I just spoke with her a couple of hours ago. Can't wait to see her again.

Yes, I'm old enough to remember The Blob (saw it in repertory, though). Steve McQueen's first film role, back in '58 or '59. Still, I'm partial to JR's horrendous take on it in 1972. The 1989 remake isn't bad, either. There's another remake of The Blob on the way, slated for a late 2007 release. I wonder what kind of CGI makeover everyone's favorite bloody Jell-O will get this time around?

This, by the way, is The Stuff...

Image

As the tag line says, "Are you eating it?... or is it eating you?" The "Stuff" is a marshmallow-like dessert cream that's taken America by storm. It gloops and glops its way up from the ground. Unfortunately, it has a tendency to... well, why spoil it for all those Z-movie fans out there?

Oh, and to answer your question: Gamera, definitely. The ideal poster-monster for both Tums and asbestos panties.

Question: Carl Sagan or Carl Sandburg?

Love,
CJ

Carl Sagan

Jerry Garcia or Iggy Pop?

PS. Hey CJ! Do you remember The Tingler or The Mouse that Roared? Godzilla scared the crap out of me! It was so realistic! I was always afraid of rubber monsters.

Why Jerry Garcia of course! Iggy is just Iggy
and CJ, Sandburg who everyone knows wrote "Chicago" on of my favorties, but I have to go with Sagan as he opened up a whole new universe for a lot of us - pun intended!

Quantum Mechanics or Quantum Physics ??
