Oh well today is a work day at home, you know sweep the floor and mop and take care of what ever else. So today I and wearing a skirt, blouse, stockings, wig and makeup but only very lightly on the makeup. Hay I am moping and cleaning up I don't need to look beautiful just presentable.

I haven't posted in this thread for a while.

I did some dirty work in the cellar this morning, then showered and the rest of the day was girl mode!

I'm wearing my latest pickup from Goodwill - a black scoop neck jacket dress that on me is midway between knees and mid calf. The skirt is full enough for a petticoat. The jacket has a black yoke, cuffs, and bottom band with tie. the rest of the jacket is very shiny with gold paisley outline print over black with muted small floral print and very roomy long sleeves. All of the black fabric of both the dress and jacket has very small silver sparkles.

When I bought it, it also came with a gold tone and enamel pin which the donor apparently used to take up a little slack in the chest area - another addition to the jewelry collection. I removed the pin because my 44C silicone forms fill it out fine. Not a bad buy for $6.00 US.

My accessories are a 5 strand gold chain, clip dangle crystal heart earrings, gold and silver tone watch, and brown nugget stretch bracelet, beige RHT support stockings, and gold pumps.

My wig is a short strawberry blonde up do, Brussels from Paula Young.

Underneath, a Rago 6 garter open bottom body briefer, black satin slip, and purple satin panties.

Hi, Robyn -

My satin panties are made by Hanes Her Way, there are 2 in a package. I've found them at WalMart SuperCenter, Target, and the like.

I have also found satin panties at Belk, Macy's, Dillards, Lord & Taylor, and Victoria's Secret, to name a few.

Most of my satin panties are Hanes and I usually get them by the 2 pack at the Hanes Outlet Store or Walmart.

My wife has bought me satin ones from Avenue and I also have found a few pair at Burlington Coat.

I find microfiber at onehanesplace but no satin. Is this the same thing?

No, microfiber and satin panties are not the same thing. And for the record, OneHanesPlace and their Outlet stores do not carry all their merchandise! Some items are strictly for the retail stores (WalMart, etc), others are solely for the outlet stores, such as their 'slightly irregular' or discontinued products.

I've always found my satin panties (by Hanes Her Way) at the local WalMart or Target stores, sometimes at K-Mart. Since you are in MI, try the local Meijer or Kohl's store, too. The package is clearly marked they are satin panties, and there are 2 to a package.

Today Carol Ann is feeling spring, I am wearing a dark blue skirt with a blue and white blouse with the strips running up and down (makes you look slimmer) white pantyhose w/ white heels. My wife saids I look very pretty but I am pushing the white to soon. In fact she said my makeup was just right not to heavy and not to much.

Time to revive this thread and time to put away the winter clothes.

Today is a beautiful spring day and I have on a bra, panties, and long sleeveless athletic black dress which is fairly tight and stretchy. It looks like the shirts the GGs at the gym wear but extends past my knees. I feel like an elegant jockette today. Unisex sandal complete the outfit but it's really almost time for barefoot.

Hello all: A nice, cool (not cold) sunny spring day with a breeze! A perfect day for a 20 minute walk to RITZ CAMERA for some film developing. A perfect day to wear... one of the new pleated plaid skirts I bought yesterday at FLYNN & O'HARA (school uniform suppliers; they have "brick & mortar" shops along with a web site and toll free phone line). So... on goes: medium length red-ish wig, short sleeve light yellow "peter pan collar" button front blouse, green/white/yellow box pleat skirt, beige tights, light brown cowboy boots, big round sunglasses. Jewish star pendant, clip on "peace sign" dangly earrings. (yep-- nice/preppy girl with a hippie accent-- my favorite look!-- well... besides... "cheerleader!") Right when I was about to leave, my gg neighbor (across the hall) was also going out. So we walked together for about 15 minutes until parting ways. I believe the folks in my building are now more accepting of my CD-ing then when I first moved in, almost 2 years ago!
One of the camera store workers took a few photos of me (I asked).
When I got to the back sidewalk behind our building, one of the other residents (an artist) was there with his dog. I took photos of him and the dog (a very friendly golden retriever who does not care how I'm dressed); he took photos of me with the dog! COOL!!
Unfortnuately, it is now time to de construct and (temporarily) deprive this world of a little beauty.
Oh well, gotta get this roll of film of developed and the weather will be nice again tomorrow...
P.S.: Those who enjoy the preppy/"school girl" look should defintely check out the FLYNN & O'HARA web site-- plenty of their styles of blouses and skirts are available in larger sizes (www.flynnohara.com). Now if I could only find a couple of those Japanese "school girl" uniforms-- middy blouse with a box pleat type skirt (similar to a traditional cheerleader skirt). Yeah, I like that look...
