Women's jeans

Post by Kendra Lynn »

Good morning! About a year ago I tried on a pair of women's OLD NAVY jeans at a consignment shop. They fit and I bought them and I ordered another pair in the exact same size and style from the OLD NAVY web site toll free number. The surprising thing to me is that I've worn them in "drab" and they're as comfortable as men's jeans had been. No one noticed anything, and I've since learned that there are non CD'ing men who wear women's jeans. Was wondering about the small pockets though, thanks for the explanation.
Peace-- Kendra Lynn.

I would have to say it's because you put everything in your purse and not your pockets :-k

I think all I have are "women's jeans." The majority that even have pockets are small and most in, shall I say, "unique" places. The pair I wore today had two little flap pockets on the front and I guess for a guy they would have been totally useless.

Like you I find them comfortable as well.

I don't carry anything in the pockets. If I go into the bank or a store or whatever, I have a double zipper, large, I guess you would call it "a ladies wallet" but it serves my purpose and when I pull out my money it appears green as anyone else's. I even had a guy in the line at the grocery store tell me it looked "functional." --------- it is!!!!

I get most of my jeans at Goodwill for about $3.00 a pair. Some have "interesting" designs on the hip pockets or the little swan over the watch pocket - just too cool!!!!

Love,

Virginia

I don't think I even own a pair of men's jeans anymore. If I do I don't know where they are. I even tell people thats all I wear are womens jeans, I tell them they fit so much better.

Virginia, your right I do like the designs on some of them.

Seems like we're all in agreement on this one!
I have been wearing only womens/juniors jeans for a couple years now. I love the fit, look, and the cool details most have. I had always wondered why most women have so many pairs of jeans..... now I know, as I must have at least 10-15 pairs myself! LOL
If anyone has ever noticed that I'm wearing womens jeans, I never heard anything, or seen anyone give a second look. And, even if they did.... why should I care!

I don't care for jeans at all, so don't own any women's jeans. Nor any other women's trousers.

I never thought I would own women's pants of any sort. One day I bought some women's jeans and they are wonderful.. Now I have 4 pair and never wear men's jeans unless I expect to get dirty. I don't want to ruin my lady jeans!

I'm in size 12 now, but I keep working out and will get a size 10 soon.

As far as the smaller pockets, you could always get a "Man Bag" and carry all your stuff in it. Many men are using them now. In fact, the male host of the Saturday "Today" show said on the air that he carries one.
